Two Pocket Painter Workshops have been added to the schedule!
I love offering a workshop that doesn’t require the students to bring anything with them! No list of materials to gather, no long list of supplies to purchase. I’ve been asked so often about the supplies I pull out of my pocket on a train, plane or park bench that I decided to offer a workshop focused on being a Pocket Painter. Don’t get me wrong, I often lug around a bag full of painting supplies when I paint en plein air either locally or when I travel by car.
The workshop in California is a half-day workshop and the one in Maryland is a Full-Day workshop.
October 25, 2014 – Dorchester Center for the Arts, Cambridge, Maryland
November 18, 2014 – RileyStreet Art Supply, Santa Rosa, California
Watch out! You might love your little pocket painting kit so much that you will become addicted and paint everywhere you go! You might find that your drawing and painting skills improve exponentially and the joy of painting becomes even greater than it already is.
