Photos from October 3, 2016, Abergavenny, Wales, UK
Details of the day’s journey and titles for the photos will be added later … on a separate page.
Sorting through these photos is a blast. I feel as if I’m right back in Wales, exploring Abergavenny. The village is rich with history. Rolling hills and distant mountains provide expansive vistas in every direction . The people in the village were delightful, ready with a smile, a simple nod or a mighty laugh.
I apologize for not having any photos of the first workshop day! In less than an hour I felt as if I’d known these woman all my life. Each and every one of them was creative, courageous and FUN!
I walked back into the village as it grew dark. The warm light shining through the window of the pub was impossible to resist. A pint of ale, a crunchy salad and pleasant conversation with strangers satisfied my needs before a pleasant walk through the dark to The Guest House, my Abergavenny home for the next few days.
